30 DAY GUARANTEE ON IN-STORE PURCHASES

THIS IS NOT A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, this is a guarantee that is offered at the point of sale at the discretion of the Footwear Technician, to give the customer some 'insurance' that we have done what we can to give the customer the best chance of a comfy pair of shoes.  The Footwear Technician will write on the customers itemised GST Receipt, '30 Day Guarantee Applies' if they qualify. The 30 Day Guarantee allows the customer to return their footwear purchase to swap for a different pair if they feel that the shoe is uncomfortable or does not fit correctly. The 30 Day Guarantee is only offered to the customer, if the Footwear Technician believes they have been allowed to complete the fitting process without input from the customer other than 'comfort'.  The 30 Day Guarantee is only on the 'original' purchase and is not extended to the footwear that the customer has 'swapped' into.  The customer must surrender the original itemised GST Receipt upon utilising the 30 Day Guarantee.


100 DAY GUARANTEE ON IN-STORE PURCHASES 

THIS IS NOT A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, this is a guarantee that is offered at the point of sale at the discretion of the Podiatrist. If a Podiatrist, as part of their treatment plan for the patient, feels a new pair of shoes may help, then the Podiatrist can offer this Guarantee. The Podiatrist will write on the patients itemised GST Receipt, '100 Day Guarantee Applies' if they qualify. The 100 Day Guarantee allows the patient to return their footwear purchase to swap for a different pair if they feel that the shoe is uncomfortable or does not fit correctly. The 100 Day Guarantee is only offered to the patient, if the Podiatrists believes they have been allowed to complete the fitting process without input from the patient other than 'comfort'.  The 100 Day Guarantee is only on the 'original' purchase and is not extended to the footwear that the patient has 'swapped' into.  The patient must surrender the original itemised GST Receipt upon utilising the 100 Day Guarantee.  The Podiatrist reserves the right to charge the patient a $59.00 'Biomechanical Review' to the patient for 'swapping' footwear.

Online Returns & Exchanges
We understand it is sometimes tricky to buy items online. Below outlines our policies when circumstances sit outside our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Full priced items
  • If the item is the wrong size, simply just contact us and we will send you the correct size, once we receive the original item back. Items must be un-worn, accompanied by its original packaging and tags, in a re-sellable condition.
  •  
  • Items that were purchased at full price can be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery, if the items are un-worn, accompanied by its original packaging and tags, in a re-sellable condition.
Sale Items, Clearance Items or Items purchased using Discount Codes
  • If the item is the wrong size, simply just contact us and we will send you a correct size if available, once we receive the original item back. Items must be un-worn, accompanied by its original packaging and tags, in a re-sellable condition. An extra postage fee may apply.
  •  
  • Please choose carefully as items on sale, on clearance or using a discount code are unable to be returned for a refund, except for if deemed faulty under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Podium Podiatry and Footwear Ltd is a New Zealand registered company with 'bricks and mortor retail stores'.  Podium Podiatry and Footwear Ltd guarantees that all products that are sold online through domain name www.podiumpodiatry.co.nz is available for them to sell into the New Zealand market and all transactions will be completed in the $NZ.00 currency held in a New Zealand bank account. No online purchases will be accepted from out side the New Zealand market.

We only deliver to mainland New Zealand physical addresses. We do not deliver to PO Box address. Delivery is free on all purchases over $150. The delivery fee for purchase under $150 will be charged at $8.00 inc GST, purchases over 3kg may incur extra costs. Deliveries requiring a signature may incur an additional fee. Purchasers give the authority to leave the parcel in accordance with our courier partner's terms & conditions unless specified on the order form or a signature delivery option is selected. Redirect services are available once the parcel has been collected. Click here to view the full terms and conditions by our courier partner. We endeavour to have your purchase delivered to you between 5 to 7 working days from confirmation of order by the Courier of our choice (please allow 1 or 2 extra days during holiday seasons or sales promotions). If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at admin@podiumpodiatry.co.nz. We will use this delivery information to make a claim against our courier company. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our courier company that delivery was not successful.
